New Year’s Holiday Schedule

SICPF and the SAPPORO HELP DESK for Foreign Residents will be closed during the period between Dec. 29, 2023 and Jan. 3, 2024.

The Sapporo City Call Center is open during the New Year’s Break and answers questions in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean (8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily).

You can call the Emergency Medical Consultation Center with inquiries about which medical institutions are accepting consultations or when you suddenly feel ill and aren’t sure whether you should call 119 or not.
